The new buzz words in the industry are Short Sales, Foreclosures and REO’s. Short sales are pre-forclosure sales and Real Estate Owned by the Bank (REO”s) are after the foreclosure. On the front page of the Tribune business section (Oct 5, 2007) there was a whole article devoted to foreclosure classes.
Who are the people attending these classess? Well mostly investors, speculators, and realtors. One topic not discussed in this article was “Short Sales”.
